■Content of the Service
GCH provides a matching service to match up instructors (teaching handicrafts and hobbies by remote) with students.

■Service Selling Price (Usage Fee for the Lesson)
The Usage Fee for the Lesson shall be as displayed on the information page of each Lesson. As a general rule, the teaching tools and materials used in the lessons should be prepared at Students' own expense in their country of residence. However, the usage fee of the Lessons with Material Sending that the Instructors send the teaching materials, etc. used in the Lesson include the cost and charge of teaching tools and materials, and the shipping fee.

■Time to Provide the Service
The time of lesson provision shall be agreed time between the Instructors and the Students. (The time of lesson provision is determined both when Students apply for the Lessons on the date and time set by the Instructors, and when the Instructors approve the application.)

■Cancellation, Refunds
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds or returns after the provision of the Lessons shall be permitted.
Regarding the cancellation after the Lesson Contract is concluded (after the Instructors accept the Lesson application), the following cancellation fee shall be charged in the case of Students' reasons. In addition, the usage fee shall not be refunded in the event that the lesson is not fulfilled due to the Students' reasons.
Regarding the cancellation of Course Lessons, the cancellation fee shall be incurred and calculated from the start time of the first lesson of the Course Lessons. In addition, if Course Lessons are cancelled, all lessons included in the Course Lessons shall be subject to cancellation, and it is not possible to cancel only a part of the Lesson included in the Course Lessons.
If the Lessons were not successfully conducted due to Instructors' reasons, Students can request a refund of the usage fee for the Lessons or a Make-up Lesson. Whether or not the Lessons were implemented normally, or where is the location of the responsibility shall be determined by mutual consent between the both parties, however, in case of no mutual consent, it shall be based on judgment of the Company.
