Japanese egg rolls are usually flavored a little sweet. Some of you may not be used to sweet side dishes, but we encourage you to give this traditional flavor a try. If it does not suit your taste, try adjusting the amount of sugar yourself the next time you make it.
Please prepare your own materials and tools.
Note: If tuna in water is not available, substitute it with tuna in oil.
If you don't have rice, you can use oiled rice instead.
If you do not have a fork to stir the eggs and a turner or heatproof spatula to flip the eggs, please use a fork to stir the eggs and a turner or heatproof spatula to flip the eggs.
